We want you to love your Clare V. purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure items are in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS return shipping label and a packing slip to include inside your box.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
